Granted capital funding by the Ministry of Health & Long Term Care to develop Carefirst Family Health Team in the City of Richmond Hill to provision multi-disciplinary primary health care for the communities. Successfully achieved another 3 year accreditation for 2007-2010 by the Canadian Council on Health Services Accreditation.
Ministry of Health & Long Term Care approved Carefirst to develop Family Health Team Clinics in the City of Richmond Hill to provision multi-disciplinary primary health care for the chinese/Asian communities.
Granted capital funding by the Town of Richmond Hill for the development of the 'Richmond Hill One-stop Multi-Services Centre' in Richmond Hill.
Successfully achieved 3 year accreditation for 2004-2007 by the Canadian Council on Health Services Accreditation. Also , establish the Chinese Elder Abuse Helpline.
Renames the York Region Services Centre to Ip Fun Ling Fung Community Services Centre. Also , official opening of the 'Multi- services One Stop Access Project' in Markham in collaboration eith Centre for Information & Community Services and Chinese Family Services of Ontario.
Extended services to Mississauga and became a member agency of United Way of Peel Region. Also , officially launched the Chinese Bereavement Services.
Pioneered the Peritoneal Dialysis Social Day Centre for the chronic renal patients.
Launched an agency renaming campaign and adopted a new agency name as Carefirst Seniors & Community Services Association.
Opened the York Region Community Services Centre and Adult Centre in Richmond Hill. Became a member agency of the York Region United Way.
Re-located the South Toronto Office with the opening of the South Toronto Helena Lam Community Services Centre & Adult Day Care Centre.
Re-located the Administration & North Toronto Office strategically as to serve better the Chinese communities in Scarborough, North York, as well as the adjacent areas in York Region.
